What makes a great coach?

Our team of professionals works hard to share knowledge with the wrestlers they instruct. Being a great coach goes beyond fundamentals and weight training.

Our aim is to:
Build your confidence
Teach skills you can use beyond the mat
Avoid embarrassment and bolster self-esteem
Understand that every athlete is different
Coach you as a person, not just as an athlete

We take the time to communicate with athletes and parents, so you both remain involved in the training process. Contact Simmons Academy of Wrestling to discuss our training process with our coaches.
